Used for finding resources from separate JAR files (class loader).

The help systems are packaged as separate JAR files for Leisenfels applications. There must be at least one Java class file be included in each of the JAR files in order to be able to detect all the resources of the archive. This is the job of this locator class. Its class loader can be used to successfully access all resources.
